Text messages are sent by Yallup, a product of Optigen LLC.
Our sender name will appear as Yallup in your message thread.
We use a dedicated 10-digit long code (10DLC) US phone number registered with major wireless carriers.
π¬ What Messages We Send
By opting in, you agree to receive the following types of text messages:
- One-time passcodes (OTP) β A 6-digit verification code sent when you sign in or register for the Yallup app.
- Account security alerts β Notifications about unusual sign-in activity on your account.
We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising text messages.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically 1β2 messages per login event).

How You Opt In
Consent is obtained expressly and voluntarily at the point of sign-up in the Yallup mobile
app. Before we send you any SMS, you must:
- Enter your name and US mobile phone number on the sign-in screen.
- Review the SMS consent notice displayed below the Continue button.
- Tap "Continue" to submit and receive a verification code.
Consent is never a condition of purchasing a product or service. You may use Yallup without
consenting to marketing messages. OTP messages for authentication require your phone number
because that is the app's only authentication method.

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Yallup at any time using following method:

your phone number and a request to be removed, or by deleting your account in the Yallup app
under Settings β Delete Account.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data charges imposed by
your mobile carrier apply to all messages we send. Yallup does not charge any fee for SMS
messages. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Yallup's SMS program is available to users in the United States on major
wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number is used solely for authentication and the purposes described above.
We do not share, rent, or sell your mobile number to third parties or data brokers.
